Yes. Collectors Exchange is exclusively available to current Cardonomics Lounge members via Whop. Your membership is verified automatically when you log in — no separate registration is required. If your membership lapses, you'll need to renew to regain access.
Yes — completely free. There are no listing fees, buyer's premiums, or success commissions. The Platform is a member benefit of the Cardonomics Lounge community.
After completing your profile (name, payment details, shipping preferences), you can submit a seller application. Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Cardonomics Lounge Whop members are automatically fast-tracked for seller approval — you're part of the community, we already know you.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Magic links expire after 15 minutes — if yours has expired, just request a new one on the sign-in page. If emails aren't arriving consistently, try an alternative email address or contact an admin via Discord.
Place a bid above the current highest bid. If no one outbids you before the auction closes, you win. Bidding is binding — only place a bid if you genuinely intend to complete the purchase.
To keep auctions fair, any bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends the auction by 90 seconds (anti-sniping rule).
You'll receive an email and in-app notification as soon as the auction closes. Head to My Orders to view the seller's payment details and complete payment within 48 hours. Once you've sent payment, mark it as sent in the order — this notifies the seller to ship.
Each seller sets their own accepted payment methods on their profile. Common methods include:
- Bank Transfer / PayID — instant, no fees for domestic AUD
- PayPal (Goods & Services) — buyer protection available; note PayPal fees apply
- Wise — good for international transfers
- Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. (at buyer's and seller's discretion)
Always use a method with some form of protection where possible, especially for higher-value purchases.
First, contact the seller through the order chat — most issues are resolved this way. If you can't reach a resolution, raise a formal dispute from the order page within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Our admin team will review both sides and make a determination.
Bid retraction is only permitted in limited circumstances — for example, if the listing contains a material error or inaccuracy not disclosed by the seller. Changing your mind is not a valid reason. Please only bid on items you intend to buy.
Click Sell in the navigation and fill in the listing form. You'll need to provide:
- Item title and TCG / category
- Condition and sub-type (raw, graded, sealed, etc.)
- Up to 4 photos of the actual item
- Starting bid and optional reserve price
- Auction duration and shipping cost
- Optional buy-now price
Be honest and thorough — accurate listings lead to smooth transactions and strong feedback.
A reserve is the minimum price you'll accept. The auction will not close in the buyer's favour unless the highest bid meets or exceeds your reserve. Bidders can see that a reserve exists but cannot see the exact amount unless it has been met.
Only after you've confirmed payment has arrived in your account. Once the buyer marks payment as sent in the order, you'll be notified. Verify the funds have cleared, then dispatch within 3 business days and mark as shipped with a tracking number.
Never ship before verifying payment — we cannot guarantee payment on your behalf.
Yes. A valid tracking number is required for all posted items. For items sold at A$200 or more, Signature on Delivery (SOD) is mandatory. This protects both you and the buyer. Your listed shipping cost should include the SOD fee — factor it in when setting your price.
In-person collection is permitted as an alternative if both parties agree — tick "In-person collection" when marking as shipped.
Only if the buyer fails to complete payment within 48 hours. Otherwise, cancelling a committed sale is a breach of these Terms and may result in your seller status being suspended. If you have a genuine issue, contact an admin before taking any action.
After a transaction is marked as delivered, both the buyer and seller can leave a star rating (1–5) and written review. Feedback builds your public reputation on the Platform and helps the community make informed decisions. Feedback must be honest — false or retaliatory reviews may be removed.
Raise a dispute immediately via the order page and document your evidence (photos, any reference comparisons). Selling counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented cards is grounds for immediate permanent ban. Our admin team takes this very seriously — the integrity of the marketplace depends on it.
No. Your email address, real name, and home address are never shown to other users. Only your display name and public profile information (badge, ratings, listings) are visible. Your delivery/receiving address on your profile is the only address used — we never share your personal home address.
No. Off-platform transactions are a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension. The rules, dispute resolution, and community protections only apply to transactions completed through the Platform. If you go outside it, you're entirely on your own — we can't help if something goes wrong.
No. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating additional accounts — especially to circumvent a suspension — will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.
Key events (auction wins, payment notifications, shipping updates, disputes) trigger both an email to your registered address and an in-app notification visible via the bell icon in My Orders. Notifications are refreshed every 60 seconds while you have the page open.
Yes. Collectors Exchange is a platform built exclusively for Cardonomics Lounge members. Your Whop membership is your key to access — you're automatically authenticated when you visit the Exchange. The Whop community itself remains separate and continues operating independently.
