Collector Exchange is a peer-to-peer marketplace for TCG and collectibles investors. Buy and sell sealed Pokémon, MTG, One Piece, Lorcana, Sorcery, Gundam, Dragon Ball, LEGO, and more — via live auctions or Buy It Now listings. Zero platform fees during launch.

Click Sign In, enter your email, and you'll receive a magic link — no password needed. Click the link in your email (check spam!) and you'll be signed in. First-time users complete a quick profile setup.

Check your spam or junk folder. Magic links expire after 15 minutes — if expired, request a new one. If emails aren't arriving, try an alternative email or open a support ticket.

The Exchange marketplace has zero platform fees during launch. Buyers pay no premiums. Sellers keep 100%. A Collector Edge membership ($29.99/mo) unlocks TCG Signals, Brick Signals, unlimited listings, and more.

Auctions have a starting price, optional reserve, and countdown timer. Place a bid — if outbid, you'll be notified via email, push, and the notification bell. Anti-snipe protection: bids in the final 2 minutes extend the auction by 2 minutes.

BIN listings have a fixed price — click Buy Now and it's yours. Some BIN listings accept offers (marked with a 💰 badge). You can propose a lower price — the seller can accept, reject, or counter.

The minimum the seller will accept. If the highest bid doesn't meet the reserve, the auction ends with Reserve Not Met. The highest bidder and seller can then negotiate — either party can propose a price.

Payment is arranged directly between buyer and seller. After winning or purchasing, go to My Orders, mark payment as sent (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.), and the seller ships once confirmed. In-person pickup is also available.

During profile setup, choose Selling or Both. Your application is auto-submitted for admin review. Once approved, you can create listings immediately.

Free sellers: Up to 5 active listings, $500 max value per item. Collector+ members: Unlimited listings, no value cap. Items over A$200 require a Statement of Delivery (SOD) notice.

Three types: Auction (timed bidding with optional reserve/BIN), Buy It Now (fixed price, optional Accept Offers), and Auction + BIN (auction with instant purchase option). BIN supports multiple quantities.

Sellers enable Accept Offers when creating a BIN listing (💰 badge on cards). Buyers propose a price below asking. The seller can accept (creates sale), reject, or counter. Offers expire after 48 hours.

When an auction ends without meeting reserve, both seller and highest bidder see a Reserve Not Met panel. Either can propose a price. The other can accept (binding sale), counter, or decline. A negotiation chat is available for discussing terms. Private between the two parties.

Yes — offers trigger email, push notification, and in-app notification for received, accepted, rejected, and counter-offers. Control these from your profile under Push Notifications → 💰 Offers.

Every completed transaction allows 1–5 star ratings. Your average determines your trust badge: Newcomer → Collector → Trader → Pro → Elite → Legend. Sellers with low ratings (<3.5) require admin approval.

First contact the other party via listing or order chat. If unresolved, open a support ticket with the listing link and screenshots. Our admin team will mediate.

For graded items, sellers enter the PSA certification number. The platform verifies it against PSA's database. Verified items display a ✅ badge with the confirmed grade.

Notifications are sent across email, push (browser/mobile), and in-app (bell icon):

• Outbid alerts — email + push + in-app, within seconds
• Item sold (auction/BIN) — email + push + in-app
• New bids on your listings — email + in-app
• Offers received/accepted/rejected — email + push + in-app
• Chat messages — push + in-app
• Order updates — email + in-app
• Watchlist/follower alerts — push + in-app

When you sign in, a prompt appears. Tap Enable then Allow. Notifications arrive even when the browser is closed.

If you dismissed the prompt, go to Watchlist page and toggle Browser Notifications. Or re-enable in browser settings:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Site Settings → Notifications → Allow exchange.collector-edge.com
• Edge: Settings → Site permissions → Notifications → Allow
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy → Permissions → Notifications → Allow

Android: Tap browser menu → Add to Home Screen for app-like experience.

iOS requires an extra step — push only works as a Home Screen app:

1. Open exchange.collector-edge.com in Safari (not Chrome)
2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
3. Tap Add to Home Screen
4. Tap Add
5. Open from Home Screen, sign in, enable notifications

Important: Only Safari supports Web Push on iOS.

Yes. Go to Profile → Push Notifications. Six toggles:

• 🔨 Bidding — outbid, ending soon
• 💰 Selling — item sold, updates
• 🔔 Following — new listings from followed sellers
• 👁 Watchlist — watched items ending
• 💬 Messages — buyer/seller chat
• 💰 Offers — offers received/accepted/rejected

Changes apply immediately to all devices.

All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. For push notifications, use Chrome on desktop/Android or Safari on iOS (as Home Screen app).

Collector Exchange is a PWA. On Android: browser menu → Add to Home Screen. On iOS: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Native app is in development.

All Exchange listings are in AUD. Collector Edge subscriptions support AUD and USD.

Collector Exchange's live event space. Admins schedule live breaks and auction events. Bid on lots or buy spots — hits ship to you.
